The last Yoga + Wine retreat of the series will focus on Tuscany's king of grapes, Sangiovese.
We will start with a restorative and energizing 90 minutes of Vinyasa Yoga (All Levels Welcome), led by yoga instructor Sophia Mallie, in the back garden of Muscardini Cellars. We'll end the session with a luxurious savasana, which will include aromatherapy. A half hour break will allow you to meet some of your fellow yogis while hydrating with refreshing cucumber-lemon water and iced mint tea. Our delicious farm-to-table lunch will be accompanied with a guided Old World/ New World wine tasting by Leslie Rosa, founder of La Dolce Vigna.
Following lunch, you'll be provided with a list and discount tasting passes to some of Leslie's favorite wineries in the area, should you want to continue exploring Californian wine
